Terms of Service
These Terms govern the appointment-based detailing and paint protection services supplied by tdrivaxor.com LLC via tdrivaxor.com. By booking you accept them.
1. Scope of services
We provide detailing, polishing, ceramic coating and paint protection film (PPF) at Podil Business Center, 10 Sahaidachnoho St, Kyiv, 04070, Ukraine. Descriptions, prices and terms are shown before purchase under the Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX and the Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII.
2. Bookings, quotes and payment
Appointments are confirmed by email or phone. Website figures are indicative: a binding quote follows physical inspection and measurement, as panel size and paint condition vary. Quotes last 14 days. Prices cover labour and materials, exclude VAT where applicable, and are payable on completion; a deposit may be required for PPF and coating work.
3. Results, warranty and liability
Outcomes depend on the vehicle's original finish, age and prior repairs. Deep scratches and defects that penetrate the clear coat cannot be fully removed, and no specific gloss value is guaranteed. Workmanship is warranted for 30 days, and manufacturer warranties pass to you. Liability is limited to the amount paid, except where the Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX provides otherwise.
4. Cancellations and disputes
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours ahead; late cancellation of PPF or coating work may forfeit the deposit. Complaints are answered within 7 days, and unresolved disputes may go to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court.
